Branding 101

By decorating promotional products with something associated with a company’s unique identity, the recipients won’t just remember them, they’ll think of them first the next time they are looking for the products or services that the company provides. Plus, by using an imprinted backpack, umbrella or lunch bag (for example), they’ll become a relatively low-cost walking billboard, showcasing your brand or logo.

But why choose us?

Because we’ll work just as hard as you to make your brand look great!
That starts with providing what you need: the best product selection at competitive prices, a total solution by a professional and dedicated team that will treat your brand as if it’s their own and unparalleled branding know-how that ensures fast, consistent, reliable delivery, time after time.

Once you purchase products and request branding, we will send you a quote
based on the branding option, size and colours of your artwork.

*Branding fees are not included in product pricing*

FAQ

Here are a few frequently asked questions about our branding costs and processes.

There is no minimum order quantity but setup charges associated with each branding process may apply. However the higher the order quantity, the lower the price for branding of each order.

No, we only brands stock that we hold. The reason for this is due to the fact that every item we have in our range has been extensively tested in each branding department to determine the best branding method and size for the item as well as the item’s tolerance for heat. We offer our clients a one-stop-shop where they can purchase products and get the best possible branding done for that item.

We offer personalisation in:

  • Embroidery
  • Laser Engraving
  • Digital processes (sublimation, heat press, domed and vinyl stickers, digital transfer)

The reason for this is every other department needs a screen, plate or die to be made. This means that we will have to setup for each individual personalisation, which is not cost effective and very labour intensive.

There would be an additional setup fee. If a logo is the same colour but going on different colour items, then there are no additional fees. When we change print colour we have to set up the machine again. For example, when screen printing, once we print the logo in the first colour, we have to take the screen off the machine, clean off all the ink and then set the machine up again before we print the logo in another colour.

There would be an additional setup fee. Because every time we change the item, we have to change the jig and reset the machine so that the logo is printed in the correct position.

Also, not all the items have the same branding space so on some items we can brand a larger logo than on others. For example, if we are screen printing two items with the same logo but the logo is a different size on each item, we need two different screens.
