Delivery & Collection Policy

Thank you for visiting the Collectiv. website and for reviewing our delivery and collection policy. We do not currently offer a collection option from Collectiv. stores. All orders are delivered via a third-party courier. Delivery timelines indicated on our website are for guideline purposes only.

Please note that we currently only deliver to countries in South Africa.

For non-branded products, our estimated delivery times are between one to two weeks. For branded products, our estimated delivery times are between two to three weeks.

Should your purchase be more than R999.00, you may qualify for free delivery. If your cart is totaled below R999.00, delivery fees of R89.00 will apply. Alternatively, you may choose our Local Pickup option, whereas your product(s) may be collected at one of our pickup locations, namely, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg, and Durban. We will contact you regarding your nearest local pickup location once your order has been placed.

All orders must be collected within 10 working days from the order being ready for collection (unless alternative arrangements have been made). Any orders not collected within 10 working days will be deemed to be canceled and will be returned to stock or sold to offset our costs.

Delivery times quoted are estimates and are not binding until the job is in production.

All delivery costs shall be debited to the customer and payable by the customer when their order is placed unless the delivery of the goods qualifies for free delivery.

Damaged or missing products need to be advised in writing to My Collectiv (Pty) Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Goods delivered in damaged packaging, or the external box shows proof of being tampered with, needs to be indicated on the delivery slip when signing for the delivery of the goods. This must be forwarded to Collectiv. within 24 hours and if possible, a picture to be forwarded of the damaged packaging.

If items have to be re-delivered because they were refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed due to incorrect address details provided by the client, the client will be billed and held liable for any additional delivery costs.

My Collectiv (Pty) Ltd shall be entitled in its sole discretion to split the delivery of the products ordered in the quantities and on the dates it decides.
